What is TIMBo
TIMBo is a 7-9 session mindfulness-based intervention that includes mindful discussions on topics such as compassion, fear, confidence, shame, awareness, and perspective. Participating in all sessions of TIMBo has been proven to decrease the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD and increase rates of self-compassion.
While the COVID-19 pandemic has brought organization activities to a halt, in-person and online TIMBo programs continue. To read more about the TIMBo method, please see founder Sue Jones's award winning book There is Nothing to Fix. To inquire about a program please email Sue.

We believe that women are the change makers in society.
We believe that oppressed, underserved, and traumatized women have the potential to be healed and empowered, and serve as leaders and teachers in their communities.
We believe that when one woman rises up from a place of self loathing and a diminished sense of self worth; sees her own value, she becomes compelled to inspire other women to experience a similar transformation.
We believe these women can change the world.
